Martini Bar
A thoughtful restoration brings this former meeting room of the historic 401Atrium Building back to life. Modifying the existing millwork retains the character of this unique space while effectively accommodating its new commercial function. The addition of an arched opening allows access to additional seating in the adjacent lobby while maintaining the intimate scale of the original space. Simple glass and steel shelving lines the windows behind the bar, providing functional storage while illuminating the Martin Bar's vast liquor selection.
