Burns + Beyerl Architects, Inc, completes new Roy's Restaurant

Chicago, IL - January 14, 2002 - Burns + Beyerl Architects (BBA),have designed the newest restaurant of the famous Hawaiian franchise, Roy's. This national chain of upscale restaurants created by Roy Yamaguch features his twist of Hawaiin fusion cuisine along with a mix of French and Asian flavors.

The Chicago Roy's is 6,000 square feet and seats 200 guests in a warm, spacious environment with high ceilings and walls lined with dark-stained wood panels. Rich fabrics and colors are balanced to create an elegant setting all while providing ubiquitous views of the emaculate and bustling kitchen.

This is the 8th Chicago restaurant designed by Burns + Beyerl Architects. Other BBA designed restaurants in Chicago include Rushmore, That Soup Place, Café Arabica, Sunset, Deluxe and Asia Bowl.
