Sean is the latest addition to Burns + Beyerl Architects joining the firm in May of 2008. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Professional Bachelor's degree in Architecture in 2001. During his time there Sean interned with top firms in New York, London, San Francisco and here in Chicago. While attending U.C., he traveled throughout Europe and went to the southwest for an independent study. It was there that he studied at the University of Arizona, Arizona State University and University of New Mexico.

After returning to the Windy City, Sean joined Lucien Lagrange Architects where he worked on high profile projects like the Hard Rock Hotel and the Elysian. It was his involvement with the Elysian's private residences that furthered his interest in residential design. Sean joined Morgante Wilson Architects next where he was a project architect and gained valuable experience working on multiple residences in Chicago and the surrounding municipalities.

In 2003, Sean married his wife Rebecca who currently enjoys working at Simeone Deary Design Group. They live in Edgewater where they enjoy spending time with their two children and dogs. Sean enjoys volleyball, golf, scuba diving and watching films in his free time.
