Born and raised in Chicago, her experience ranges from photography to publishing to web and graphic design. After working in Chicago for a number of years, Lori and her husband took the roadtrip of a lifetime and headed west for Seattle where she worked as an Image Archivist for Callison Architecture. She also pursued her photography career shooting for Seattle Magazine and Sub Pop Records. The lure of the city and the promise of hot summers led the two back to Chicago in 2007.
Lori lives with her woodworker husband and son, Cedar, in a 1916 Craftsman bungalow in Jefferson Park. She is an avid photographer, loves estate sales and can be found swaping her vintage and handmade wares in her Etsy shop.
